Quill Wrap Ring is handcrafted from yellow gold vermeil. A daring and provocative silhouette, spiked quills of yellow gold, gather and fire out in a glistening apparel, enveloping the finger all the way around. The Quill silhouette is inspired by the Porcupine Quill earrings Leane made for the 2003 Alexander McQueen show, Irere. Quill is an articulated shape, its curves capturing the light, drawing attention to the piece. The meticulous placement of each rounded Quill creates a quiet undulation, an underlying rhythm to the silhouette. Quill Wrap Ring is specifically tailored to the size of the finger, the length of each quill shaped to frill out - making it comfortable and easy to wear.
